I saw a T.V. show on cuisine of Osaka and this dish looked delicious. Does anyone know a restaurant in Los Angeles or Los Angeles area that prepares authentic Okonomiyaki?

Hiroshima-style came first, and is my preference.

I know where you can get it in NYC (and, of course in Hiroshima, where there's an entire building full of okonomiyaki shops), but not LA.

Hi!

Definitely Gaja Restaurant on Lomita. I have Japanese friends that went there and apparently this is as authentic as Okonomiyaki gets. Plus it has some really good reviews...
