Where can I find Packard Bell service center in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E).

Question

My laptop light off after 10 or 15 mint turned of and its very hard to see in screen any thing, look like display screen problem.

as I observe processor cooling fan is not blowing air, so screen get hot and screen light has been off.

If I shut down the system for 2 hours then restart, then screen light will be on for 10 to 15 mints after light has gone.
