Where can I find Pet Cafes/Cat Cafes in Tokyo?

Hi I am planning to visit as many of these pet cafes/cat cafes in Tokyo as possible. (Maybe around 5)

These cafes are where cats (and dogs) are free-roaming within the cafe, for you to play with them.

The Sunshine building in Ikebukuro has a pet cafe with dogs and a few cats. Also in Ikebukuro is the nekobukuro (cat cafe) at Tokyu Hands.
