I need to have a velvet frock coat dyed for a Halloween costume and I don't want to risk s******g it up by trying to do it myself. Anyone know where I can find a garment dyer in Toronto?

You may want to ask your local wedding shoe supplier.  I understand that they dye shoes to match dresses.  They may be able to give you an Idea.
