Tonic Water, like used in Gin and Tonic, has "medically insignificant" quantities of quinine in it.

The fda deemed quinine as unsafe.  there is one prescription item available, called qualaquin.  there are some homeopathic quinine aids still available, like one by hylands called leg cramps.  otherwise you're just going to have to use other creative methods to calm your leg cramps.  Getting enough potassium can also help, it definitely does not hurt.
