Where can I find THIS specific desktop golfer toy?

Alright guys, Here's a ringer.

My dog chewed up one of my roomates cool looking desktop golfer toys, and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

It's about 6 inches tall, and is a statue of a golfer (all white and kind of modern/ minimalist). It really swings and is operated by a gear and rack (stick) coming out of it's back. It has one simple movement (rotate) and it hits miniature golf balls.

I can't find a name on it anywhere, but want to replace it for the poor guy.
