I have not seen them anywhere in the Dallas area.  It is my all-time favorite movie, so I would definitely notice them.  We bought one online at the Lebowski Fest website like someone else mentioned ("The Dude Abides").  

There are many places that can do a single custom tshirt for you using a heat press and thermoflex, just do a search for a screen printer or a small sign shop in your area and there will be one with this capability.   Time for a white russian ;)

Hey there, fellow Dallasite.

I can't find a place here in D.  But I did find this place in Gainesville, FL. near where I used to live.

Also, you can take a pattern, photo, etc to most t-shirt places and they can make you one.
