I don't know but have used that sugar for years only to find out lately it's no better for you than white sugar..;-(. Go figure.

I prefer the taste, though.

The grocery store, under the name "Sugar in the Raw" or at your local health food store or at the Bulk Barn.

I have been purcahsing a sugar product called "Organic Cane Extract", it is unprocessed sugar cane juice dehydration a bit coarse, and it is kosher and free of additives otherwise in the section of the store were they have the bulk sugar, near the flours.
