Where can I find Unusual Car Insurance

Question

I live in the UK and am setting up a business to work as a Tour Guide in France taking people around the World War 2 sites.

However, I am having a lot of trouble trying to find an insurer because I am not technically a Taxi because I do not need registered taxi plates and therefore do not qualify for Taxi insurance. And it is not standard business, commercial or private insurance because it comes under the heading of Hire for Reward. Can anyone point me to an insurer that could help?

I will be driving a standard 5 door vehicle and will be working in France between 1st June and 31st September.

For auto insurance the quick way to get a great rate is do a policy comparison on car policies. Make certain that you compare similar options with the same deductibles, car make, zip code, etc so that all options are a good comparison.

considering this is the 10th august, you have already sorted this or you have driven the wole of june and july without an insurance.

But if you are talking about next year, my advice would be to find other tour operators (better if this is in France) and ask them who they use.
