Where can I find Veganaise in Albany, Ny? Also do you know who makes completely egg free cupcakes??

My son is allergic to egg whites so please don't suggest egg supplements.

Whole Foods. Other health Food Stores can order it if they do not have it.

As for cupcakes make you own Eggless ones from recipes found at  http://www.your-vegetarian-kitchen.com/h... under eggless desserts. It isn't hard to do and there are more than two dozen of them to choose from these totally delicious recipes.

I'm sorry I can't directly help.

I know two vegans who live either in or directly outside of albany, and in fact they were the two who introduced me t veganaise. I'd have to imagine they would be in your local Hannafords, WholeFoods, or Trader Joe's. Maybe even a Nature's Pantry.

As for vegan cupcakes:

There was a vegan deli-ish, in albany, which sold vegan treats. I can't remember the name of it. Though I heard they closed down. I do know that the chef still works in Albany.

As much as this sounds like a long shot, I'm sure these people can help.

At this website (http://www.followyourheart.com/xlResults... ) there are stores in the Albany area which sell Follow Your Heart brand items i.e. Vegenaise, Vegan Gourmet cheese, etc.  To make sure they sell vegenaise specifically I would call ahead.

If you can't find Vegenaise, try to find Nayonnaise...it doesn't taste as good but it'll do fine in recipes.  Nayonnaise and other products from Nasoya can probably be found at these stores:
