Where can I find Wormadam and Vespiquen In Pokemon Diamond?

Hi, I just want to look at these pokemon so I can have them in my pokedex, where can I find them I know there are trainers with them but which one? I know that thre are pokemon guides out there but I don't want to pick them each of them to find it, please help me. I just need to fight these pokemon or run into them.

Yeah, the trainer named Beauty Devon has a wormadam on route 214. She's super easy to avoid though, so just battle her anyway.

Vespiquen, Aaron has one. The first guy in the Elite Four. =]
