Where can I find a FREE mp4 to avi/wmv Converter?

I need to burn videos stored on my hard drive, but they are in MP4 format and none of the burners I currently have can do it or fail to recognise it. Is there a FREE program that can burn mp4 formats or convert mp4 formats?? All the ones I've checked online deceptively say they are FREE, but are not or are severely limited?

Get onto mininova and download Xilisoft video converter.

it will convert Avi, MP4, DiVX, WMV, MPG, IPOD etc.....
