I ran a search for 'g*y Parisienne' and found heaps - I don't know if any of them will be the repro you're looking for though - hope that helps!

ok, I'm a guy and don't know a lot about Barbies. Yet I had to comment on your question.  What exactly is a "g*y" Barbie?  Do they actually make L*****n Barbie Dolls?  and how would you know if it was a L*****n???  Would it not be interested in Ken?

Your best bet will be ebay. Do a specific search for g*y Parisienne Barbie in the Dolls & Bears category.

The term "g*y Parisienne" refers to a fashion that was one of the first Barbie fashions back in 1960 or 1961. It is very popular with collectors & very hard to find in good condition.

Mattel did a reproduction doll wearing this fashion in 2003.
