Im in a detox plan and I need to avoid yeast and gluten!

  1. You mean like what the jews eat on passover...unleavened bread....like a pita...


  2. I believe you can search for millet bread.  

  3. Health food shop, or just cut out the bread entirely, go for rice cakes if you're on a detox.
