Where can I find a PSP Emulator for a PC?

Can anyone tell me where I could find a work PSP emulator for my PC and how to install it and use it? I have other emluators on my computer, so I am sorta aware of how ro use them.

There is no working PSP emulator for the PC. There is one called PSPE but it can only run homebrew games.

There are none yet. Why bother with PSP emulators when you can try PS2 ones? PS2 has much better graphics than the PSP anyways. Or computer games??
