Where can I find a Ruffle Front Dress?

Question

So my co-worker wore this really cute dress. It was dark blue and it had some little ruffle detail on the front. It wasn't like these really big voluminous ruffles but more like the little ones where you have to be up close to really see them. It was about knee length and i think it had some little buttons on the front.

She left before I got a chance to ask her where she got it from and I wont see her for a while!!!

Also on a side note where can I find a name plate necklace. They are like gold colored and they have your name, or word in cursive, but nothing crazy expensive.

I know JCrew has some cute ruffle front dresses.  They may be around $100-150. I would also check out stores like H&M and Forever 21.  They usually have those styles and their prices are a lot less (under $40.)  If you are near a mall with limited options, try Gap, Express, or The Limited.

As for the name plate necklaces, I would ask at a jewelry store (even a kiosk at the mall might have them.)  Also, try Things Remembered, they can customize it for you.

Vintage clothing or Vintage inspired clothing stores are the best for stuff like that

Ruffle dresses can be found at 2nd Hand Shops and you can revamp them, or find someone who can sew who could jazz it up for you.

You'll also find lots of cool retro vintage jewellery at second hand shops - great bargains can be found if you don't mind digging about along the racks for awhile
