Where can I find a SMART ANTENNA for my new DTV converter?

My RCA converter box is smart antenna compatable as well as coaxial. I am not getting coaxial antenna signals over 28% according to my box. I just cant find a "smart antenna" anywhere!

all i can suggest is to call the company u purchased the converter box from and ask them about the "smart antenna". good luck, because my built in digital tuner w rabbit ears has lousy reception 85% of the time.
