Where can I find a TAEKWONDO handbook?

It's a manual on steps of formation or defence for promoting for a higher belt... as much as posible point me here in the Philippines...

well, instead of getting a handbook, u could try to enter in a tae kwon do class near u, because it is much more professional and the teacher can help u step by step instead of having to read a book and trying to do it by urself
