No where except whirlpool and I know what they want for the rack go buy a new d/w!

Check your warranty on the dishwasher, some of them had up to 10-25 year warranty on racks if they were rusting or such, if so contact whirlpool and have them send out one, just be sure to supply them with model and serial number.
