Where can I find a basic landline phone that has a port for a headset and no featueres?

They are scarce.  Plantronics makes a headset adapter that connects between the handset cord and the base station; I have used one for a while, and it works fine.  Disadvantage: it has a cord to the headset.  If the idea of a cord is dismaying, use a Bluetooth headset, and see if you can find a base station adapter (I haven't seen one, but I haven't looked).
