Where can I find a book about what I can and cant do on the beaches of South Florida?

Like I'd like to Kayak, surf, and boat preferably on some kind of beach, but I dont know which beaches will allow this. Like certain beaches prohibit hard body kayaks and boats with motors and some dont. I'd like to know which ones will allow considering right now all I have is a hard body kayak.

The Chamber of Commerce usually has great information such as pamphlets, brochures, area maps for different types of recreation, parks, trails, and general information about an area.  If you know where you want to go, contact the nearest one to that area.
