Omar the tent maker. But seriously, you may find a dress that she likes, get it a bit oversized, and have it altered. She deserves to feel comfortable, and unfortunately we live in a rich society so a bit of stomach is really the norm.

Does your cousin have a large bust? If she does then I suggest you get something that has a strap for support.

A nice a-line cut will look good on all figures.
