Look on a site, TERRA.ES, they have all kinds of Spanish info.  The phone numbe of the bus station in Sevilla is (Spain) 954 908 040 (according to the information I was able to get) (I am in Spain).

I have also looked at a website Directorio>Zonas_geograficas/Paises/Espa...

and did not find el rocio listed.  Maybe it is a section of a city.  But I surely can't find a bus schedule for you.  So I think the answer to your question as it stands is "nowhere."

I looked again and found that there is a place called "Aldea del Rocio" (where they have a fiesta for the virgin) near Huelva, I think it is near a town called Matalascañas.  I also found that there is a new bus station in Sevilla called the Estacion de Huelva.  I was unable to get the phone number of the station, but someone in Sevilla assured me that there is plenty of bus service going in that direction.  I hope this is some help.
