She from MEXICO and The only phone she has is a cell phone and I cant find a calling card that is good in the USA. Only cards I find are WORLD callnig cards and cost are 10$ USD for 30 mins. Where can I get a calling card thats dos not cost so much and with more calling time on thim?

The first thing you need to understand is that 011 is NOT an area code.  It is the international dialing prefix in North America to dial to other parts of the world (including Mexico).

Now, to find a calling card that will call to Mexico, do a google search on "Mexico calling card".  About 240,000 sites will be found -- happy shopping.  Each card has advantages and disadvantages -- you just need to find the one that's best for your needs.
