eBay. Check they're feedback but first find out reviews about the camera and be patient.. you'll find a fairly good deal eventually.

try a pawn shop you'll find all kinds of video cameras there to also there pretty good to they wont be selling you some that's not working because they wont buy broken thinks

You should try http://www.jr.com. I got my Canon ZR850 (currently $200 at jr.com) there and haven't regretted it once. I also highly recommend MiniDV camcorders. I would also recommend the Canon ZR850 or one of the Canon ZR models (they have ZR700, ZR800, ZR900, ZR930 and more).
