Where can I find a cheap house to rent by September 1st?

I'm trying to find a house or trailer with 2+ bedrooms and 1.5+ bathrooms in Leesburg Ohio (45135) by September the 1st ...I need some place that will accept my 2 (small and housetrained) dogs, rent no more than $300 a month or maybe land contract. Please if you know anyone in this area that has a place let me know, I really dont want to be homeless. Thanks

I don't know Leesburg, but give Craigslist a try.  They may have some posted there.
