Where can I find a child's white "mobster" costume? (Halloween)?

Question

I know it's early...but I've been planing for something like this costume for MONTHS! So, does anybody know where I can find a white, or black sort of 'al capone" style suit that would fit a 10-12 year old? It can be for a guy or a girl. ( Whenever I search, I only get weirdsex costumes =.=;;;.)

Any aaccessories(like a hat, or cigar) would be great too, so...yeah....thx

You could check out thrift shops. They have tons of things for clothing and reasonable prices too.
