My daughter wants to be princess Zelda for Halloween, where can i find a costume designer or seamstress that would be willing to do this?

Visit http://www.cosplay.com and look up the character 'Zelda'. You will find all sorts of designers that have created their own costumes. Most of these people are more than willing to help make you a costume for a commissioned price.
