Question:

Where can I find a credit card that has 0% interest for a year, with at least a $10k limit?

I have a big purchase that I want to make, so I took out a personal line of credit, with a 6.9% annual rate, and something like a .013% daily percentage rate for the first 3 months. I think it's an okay rate, but 0% for a year would be better because I will have the purchase paid off within a year anyways. Any help?

  1. Depends on the purchase. Many department store cards offer 12 month no interest financing.  You could also try calling your current credit card provider and tell them you were shopping cards new cards with attractive no interest introductory rates and ask if they could offer a temporary 0% interest period.  Three of my credit card companies were willing to do that for me for 6 months.  Right now, you have leverage over credit card companies if you have decent credit.  They are hurting.

  2. It's hard to found, the Bank whom produce a Credit Card can give the free annual membership and give less for interest ( but not 0 % ), but their give just sometimes Monthly Promotion, you know not any Bank need to Bankrupts. They got some profits is just when you give them interest.

  3. i found a lot of 0% apr cards at the following site. Maybe you can try applying and see if you get that kind of high limits. Limits will depend on your score but you can always apply to different cards offering 0% apr from the following site.

  4. In today's economic climate, I'm pretty sure you're not going to find one, or if you do there will be big strings attached. The rate you have already seems good to me.
