Where can I find a cruise that deports near my area?

I wanna go on a cruise vacation but I don't know where to begin, Help? Any cruises that deport from Galveston, Tx .....?? If so where are they going and all that, where can I find all that information?

Carnival has a variety of cruises departing from Galveston. My favorite is the Conquest which used to depart from New Orleans but now departs from Galveston. Go to carnival.com and select "find a cruise". In the drop down box for port selection choose Galveston. Cruising is a great way to  vacation so enjoy yourself.

All of the cruise lines are now leaving from Galveston.  Just go into their website and pick "leaving from port" option.  

Royal Caribbean, Princess, and NCL all have ports there.

I just looked at some of this information like a few minutes ago for a friend. Carnival is probably going to be your best bet out of Galveston. Anyhow check out travelocity.com, expedia.com, and other travel sites. Also sidestep.com is another great travel site. Then you can check directly on cruise websites. It should be really really easy. Carnival has some ships that depart from Galveston.  I believe it goes to the Carribeans.  Go to Carnival's homepage and see where their ships depart from and go to.  YOu can also check out NCL, Norweigian, Celebrity, as they openly advertise where their ships sail from and the destination.
