Where can I find a decent car cheap near Dallas, TX?

Question

I only have 2,000 at the very most to spend on a car, but I'm 16 and appearance is kind of important, and I want it to run good. Where can I find one?

Check out autotrader.com.  You can search the area.  Pick up a Dallas Morning News also.  Don't be too proud.  Your car does not make you who you are.  Look for an older Honda Civic, or Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, etc.  Those are very reliable cars with a good resale value.   Good luck...

Try going to a car auction. You should be able to get a decent car there. A lot of them are repos and seized cars so they are in pretty good shape since they got taken from the owner for whatever reason.
