Question:

Where can I find a decent job? Really??

I have been out of college for a little over a year now. I worked in the mental health field for almost four years, but have done several odd end jobs such as editing at a publishing co. for a couple months, car detailing, and working at a vet clinic. I have had a steady employment since I was 16. I have a B.S. in Psychology, English, and Writing. I just moved to Oregon; I have no criminal background, a good driving record, and great references. So, why is it I cannot find a decent job for the life of me???? I have been here almost two months now. The jobs I have applied for I am clearly qualified to do (if not over-qualified). Can anyone give me any good resources or advice? Please?

They will also pay for your Master's and PHD. You will move up the ranks really quick in a Gov job. Go to GovJobs.com and look to se whats open in your area good luck.

  3. careerbuilder.com

    monster.com

    hotjobs.com

    snagajob.com

if you feel you are qualified for a job that requires more experience than you have; lie on your resume and make up some experience.

  4. Here's a website I found that can help. http://www.manomanju.com

  5. Work at Mcdonalds

  6. I don't know where you can find a decent job but I know that it's hard now to get a job. The economy is so bad and the job market is way down. It's just really competitive. Good luck though! If anything... Cold Stone pays like 11 bucks an hour and you get free ice cream :)
