Where can I find a free Video Editor?

I am looking for a video editor where I can add pictures and video clips to music for my moms birthday... what I would love is when I am done I am able to burn it to a dvd for free! Any Help will do!!

Windows Movie Maker should be free on all PC's

Go to start>Programs>Windows Movie Maker

You can use Windows Movie Maker for this purpose.That is installed with XP.This is the best tool for home use.If you want professional tool then you have a lot of choices like Flash Video MX Pro and Virtual Dub. These are available online.
