Where can I find a free grammar test ?

I need to do some testing at work for new employees and can't find any good web sites with free tests... I found learn2type.com for the 10-key test, but they would like a grammar test done as well...

You don't make clear what your expectations are for your employees but assuming that you are not employing graduates I suggest that you look at the Key Skills and Basic skills in English website. These often have practice pages which you might me able to adapt for your own use. Try these;
