Where can I find a free on-line physical trainer to keep track of calories burned/calories i should be eating?

I'm not sure if I'm getting enough calories relative to my exercise patterns. So where can I find something on-line where I input how much I exercise and what I'm eating. I'm hoping to find something that will give me back whether I should be eating more or less. My workouts vary so I'm not sure what my caloric needs are.
