Where can I find a good Boxing or Muay Thai instructor in Oklahoma City?

There are a few that I know of. Several people I know from OKC and other states all over the U.S., take privates from this instructor to correct bad habits or holes in their game. He is very good and he really stresses correct body mechanics and body structure. His website is:

I always suggest finding as many places as you can and comparing yourself.

And then armed with that knowledge, ask a bunch of other martial artists (especially teachers) about one or two that catch your fancy.

Rarely will several teachers praise the same person. But the key is, if several teachers all tell you to avoid that place (McDojo type, etc) then you will have been warned.

So, use the net, the phone book etc and start visiting many places.
