During the summer the only cruise that goes to Cabo from LA is the Carnival Pride.  That cruise stops at two other ports and lasts seven nights.

During the non-summer months Princess and Royal Caribbean also go to Cabo, also as part of a seven night cruise that also stops at two other ports.

From San Diego the Carnival Elation goes to Cabo on four and five night cruises.  The four night cruise just goes to Cabo while the five night cruise also goes to Ensenada.
