Where can I find a good blank board game template?

I am trying to make a game for my hubby and I to play. I have looked and looked and can't find any that are completely blank so I can customize it. Plus, any decent ones are Powerpoint. Any help is appreciated!

I don't know if these links will be of any help but they may be worth a look.  If you have the patience to search, someone asked a similar question here in this category just a few days ago and someone gave what might have been a very good link, but I cannot remember the question or who gave the answer.  If you spend a little time browsing through both the "in voting" and "resolved" questions of the past few days you may find it.
