there are two places i looked on the internet. ebay motors is one but not my favorite, the other is boat trader.com. i got lucky and found a freind of mine that happened to be selling one. he found out i was looking and contacted me. if the internet is not your thing there are magazines devoted to the sale of boats, watercraft, and parts for them. they can be found in any bass pro shop or similar stores. most of the time the magazines will have boats and parts within 100 to 200 miles from where you live.

Depends on what you're looking for. There's a magazine called Boats For Sale Under £20,000 (Catchy or what) or there's the internet. Look at www.autotrader.co.uk and follow the link to boats for sale.

However, i was recently looking to buy a nearly new boat and ended up buying brand new for virtually the same price as similar 2 year old model. May be worth paying a bit extra so that you get the new boat warranty.

for the best deals you have to wait till the winter time,

prices increase during spring and summer months because of the demand for boats.

I bought my boat during the winter for $1500.00 and sold it in the spring for $5000.00
