Where can I find a good job for a girl that is 12?

I want a real job, not a stupid job like babysitting, mowing lawns, or taking care of animals. As children, we are the ones that get the jobs that NO ONE else wants. They figure, hey it's a kid. They'll do anything for money, but NOT me! I've heard of safe websites where they pay kids to do things, but I forget what those websites are. Does anybody know any useful websites?

those are the jobs you have to get, sorry. unless you try modeling or acting. check your yellow pages for model schools and local theaters.

no 12 year old can get a "real" job.  grow up, then get a job.  no 12 year old should NEED a job.  i wouldn't let 12 year old babysit my kids.

You have to be 15 in most states to get a work permit UNLESS you are working in certain family businesses. These child labor laws are meant to protect you.

Don't fall for any of those money-making sites on the web. Realize that if a person could make decent money doing any of these things then everyone would be doing it!

If you're looking to make some back-to-school money, why not have a lemonade stand/yard sale/community car or dog wash?
