Where can I find a good learning English school (English as a second language) in LA?

I need to improve my English immediately. I am living in Los Angeles. The thing is, I'm looking for an English learning institute or school with Financial Aid, which has intensive classes (for example from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM)

most community colleges have an ESL(english as a second language) program. Just go to any accredited community college and talk to a counselor. EF.com is a good lanauge school. I took three EF tours and loved them, I never went to their language school but they are accredited and a bit pricey. I do not think they offer financial aid.

The cheapest thing to do is get Rosetta Stone (english), it is the BEST.
