Where can I find a good program(manga related)?

Is there a program out there that is specifically used for doing the finishing touches to manga, like colouring it in, airbrushing, etc? Or is there a program you would recomend using for drawing manga that is easy to use?

Depending if your just coloring lineart or actually creating manga animations, there are a few progs that you can use.

For lineart and such (uncolored comic book pages) i'd either go Photoshop (Expensive) or Gimp (free).

For animation, i'd go with "Anime studio" (Middling price).

I live by Photoshop, its the best imo..
