Where can I find a green journal?

My boyfriend is going away on a cruise with his family for a week in June. I had a cute idea of getting a little notebook for him to write cute things in for him to read when he misses me :P and for him to write stuff back to me in about his vacation - we won't be able to talk on the phone. I was looking for a recycled notebook so I could be "green" (honestly, if I think too much about it, I feel guilty buying non-recycled paper. And I never considered myself "green"). I looked at Barnes & Noble, but I couldn't find anything that was cute at all, and WalMart doesn't have ANY green ones. I couldn't think of any other stores we have around here to check at (besides possibly Target, but I figure it'd be the same as WalMart). Any ideas? I don't want something that says "I recycled this!" on the front or something. I want something cute (and preferably that I don't have to order online). Thanks!

When paper is re-cycled it is usually finishes up as a more crude kind of material like cardboard or egg-packing boxes or news-print. To expect it to finish up as a note-book is asking too much, although I have seen some recycled envelopes.

you can try ebay that always works. Around here where a live theres a store that sells note books made from recycle paper and dried up leaves real cute. try a local search on yahoo.

Try ebay, they have some really beautiful tiny ones that he could just pop in his pocket where ever he goes so your thoughts and words are always with him. Because they are so small they only use a tiny amount of paper and it encourages you to write neatly too.
