Where can I find a guide to the strategy of Janggi?

This game is also known as Korean Chess. I have found info on rules but nothing on strategy.

sorry Guest7509, but all books will be written in Korean and every website focuses only on the rules. 

One opening I learned was (1) move the far right (or left) pawn to the left (right) (2) pull your knight out  (3) jump the cannon over the knight  (4) jump the cannon back so it's on the edge attacking your opponent's chariot.  There are several alterations involving bringing up the elephant and forking the chariot later.  I saw this demolish my friend so for my turn when he moved his pawn over I just moved my chariot up to get out of there if I needed to.

there really should be some kind of notation system...
