Where can I find a halfway house for someone on probation?

My 19 year old brother just got out of YA and needs to find a halfway house so he doesn't end up on the streets. I am not very resourceful so I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out.

call the local police dept.

His probation officer should be able to help him.  Also try not for profit organizations like the salvation army.
