Seems to me like that website and graphic designer would be the best place to go, since he obviously boasts his own very original style that you probably couldn't find very many places else. But some places that are beginning to carry this kind of material are American Apparel and Urban Outiftters (not so much as AA, but still).

urban outfitters have to almost exactly like it, i bought one of them and it fits perfect and feels really good and looks good i love it. also ive heard h&m has some good ones like that
