Where can I find a job vacancy for a matriculate boy?

I am looking for a job for a matriculate boy aged 22. He has been working in my house as a housekeeper for the past 2 years and is capable of doing jobs of similar nature, such as managing a canteen, guest room etc. Any place in North India will be preferred.
