Where can I find a key of online note-taking/shorthand abbreviations?

For example, where I can see the most useful abbreviations for saving time when taking notes in class. For example, such things as w/, w/out, abbr., and even symbols like the triangle for change for a few examples. Where can I find a key of this online, and what is it called (shorthand, note-taking skills, etc.)?

I am developing many of my own techniques, but it seems I would benefit greatly both by using some of the standard ones if I like them, as well as ideas for other time-saving techniques with note-taking (besides using a computer, not writing everything on the slide, etc).

try google. not only do they have a good program, but you can search other sites if that doesn't help.
