There is probably no comprehensive list.  If such a list existed, it would be extremely long, and very incomplete.  Keep in mind that many (if not most) animals have only been described once in the scientific literature.  New species are discovered all the time.  Having someone keep track of and update a list just for Florida would be a monumental task.  

You might, however, be interested in encyclopedic attempts to describe all life on Earth.  The Encyclopedia of Life is such a project (see link below).
