Where can I find a longboard with big tires?

Its my husband's birthday and he wants a longboard with those big huge tires. NOT wheels - I mean actual tires. Will I have to buy them separately? Where can I find those tires?

We saw a guy riding one down in Florida and he's wanted one ever since.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
